Return Policy
Bullion and precious metal returns are limited because product values move with live financial markets.
When returns may be accepted
A return may be considered if we supplied the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or faulty, or a verified fulfilment error occurred.
Reporting issues
Delivery problems, missing items, visible damage, or tampering must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographs, packaging evidence, and order details.
Return conditions
Approved returns must be sent within the timeframe we provide, remain in original packaging where possible, and be packaged securely with suitable insured delivery.
Excluded returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, customer ordering mistakes, market price movement, investment losses, courier delays, customs delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on banking or payment provider processing.
