Bullion prices are linked to live metal markets and may change without notice until checkout is completed. A confirmed order is subject to payment, verification, and stock availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. We may delay or cancel an order if details cannot be verified or appear incorrect.

When online payment is available, Stripe checkout accepts debit-card funded payments only. Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may be used when the underlying funding source is debit. Credit cards, prepaid cards, Klarna, and unverified payment types are not accepted for order confirmation. Bank transfer orders require proof of transfer before an order is created and will remain pending until reviewed by our team.

Orders are dispatched using insured delivery services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, address checks, security review, or events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For bullion products, cancellation and return rights are limited because prices depend on financial market movement.
